1. Wholesale Pricing: Our wholesale pricing structure is available upon request. As a guide, generally products are 50% of retail price. Please contact our wholesale team for more information.
   
2. Wholesale pricing is only available to businesses using and/ or reselling our products that have applied for and been approved for a wholesale account. Please use the wholesale account application form available on our website to apply.
3. Approved wholesale customers will be given access to the wholesale shop for ordering products.
4. Wholesale account log in details must not be shared with any other site users under any circumstances.
5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We require a minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases. The specific MOQ varies depending on the product. Please inquire with our team for details.
6. Product Availability: While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels, availability may vary based on demand. We encourage wholesale partners to place orders in advance to ensure timely fulfilment.
7. Shipping: Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on order size, destination, and shipping method. We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs.

9. Returns & Exchanges: Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless products are damaged or defective upon receipt. Please inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any issues to us within 7 days.
10. Marketing & Branding: We provide marketing materials, including product images and descriptions, to assist with promoting CannonBalm products. However, wholesale partners are responsible for creating their own branding and marketing strategies.
11. Compliance: Wholesale partners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of our products in their respective regions.
12. Exclusivity: We may offer exclusivity arrangements for certain regions or markets upon request and mutual agreement.
